In July a major article written by Will Ing announced that abused ex-students were poised to take legal action against UCL and had formed the group Bartlett United. The article also exposed a flood of further allegations against the school. This time not only alleging discrimination, such as homophobia, but bullying and psychological abuse on students, even having led, as was claimed by one alumnus, to psychosis. Please see the article below. This article was followed up by Dezeen. Similar to the Guardian article, this piece prompted many to come forward for the first time. This time more staff members came forward and more people chose to be named rather than remain anonymous.
