After having participated in the Cyprus Fashion Film Festival in 2024 with the film Old Lace, New Life, a year later, in May 2025, I was asked to be a judge for the festival by the festival's founder and organiser Savva Christou.

My task was to watch and judge 23 films: 2 Cypriot and 21 foreign. I was asked to judge them in the following categories: Directing, writing, cinematography, production design, editing, costume design, music, styling, hair, makeup, model presence, creativity, originality and emotion. The entries that stood out to me personally (for varying reasons) were: A Breathe Moment (Netherlands), The shopper as a revelation or 83 stories (Russia), Girls Gone Guilty (UK), Maslenitsa (UK) and Cover (Slovenia).
